There was an issue with the gutter installation that they were happy to send out a supervisor to address. It's been a busy and challenging time for contractors and, despite that, they were still interested in good customer service. Overall, we're satisfied with the final product and happy we chose Interstate Roofing.

I'm incredibly impressed with the customer service from Interstate Roofing when I asked to get an estimate for a new roof. Sean came out and gave me a ton of valuable information with options I have to put on a roof, and how to remedy a leak issue I've been having. Instead of going straight to prices for replacing my roof, he noticed that my attic space was getting very poor ventilation which can cause condensation and leaking. He recommended some options for venting that space before investing in a new roof, and in the meantime he would be able to send me options once I feel like I'm prepared and the attic space is better ventilated. I felt like he had my best interest in mind, and he truly cared about me and my family and using our money wisely. I would recommend this company to anyone and have told this story to so many friends and family because I am so shocked that I could have received such good customer service. I have had at least 3 roof inspectors and roofing companies look at my extremely low slope, leaky roof and Sean is the first person that has mentioned ventilation. He also said that he is involved in meetings at work that allow him to discuss his job with others, and he would ask others at work if they had more advice for my situation. It can't get better than that! I'm thankful I can use them from here on out!

My property was meticulously clean each day before the work crew left and they even cleaned the moss and roofing sand out the gutters. This is the second time I've hired this company to replace a roof. I made my decision based on a few factors. 1. They are a platinum preferred installer of the Owens Corning shingles (which was my preference). 2. They were able to get to my roofing project quickly. 3. My prior experience was also good with this company, who is established and has a good reputation. They are not the cheapest, but they are not the most expensive either. Well done Interstate!

Although the initial schedule started as planned, the required work took longer than expect for both of us due to things like: (a) the HOT weather, (b) the commie's at the "non-Interstate" dumpster company and (c) balancing when I could also seal my asphalt driveway. However, that being said, Interstate adjust the plan as needed (i.e. they found areas where ply and a rafters needed replacing and they added, at my mid-project request, replacing gutters/downspouts on my shop. Would I use these guys again? Sure -- but with their maintenance plan, it appears we have a relationship for life.

We all know one should get 3 bids when considering a large renovation project for one's home. I did that regarding a new roof for our home and Interstate Roofing was the highest bid. They were also the most professional and thorough in their bid process, communications and execution of all phases. The phases included complete tear off, new Owens Corning composition roof system, new roof venting, new fascia board & vents and new gutters & downspouts.

One of the other companies we call " the creepy company" isn't even licensed in the state and uses subcontractors. The carpentry, roofing, and gutter installation crews were--to my knowledge--competent and cleaned up after the fact very well. They followed best practices. They also fixed the barge boards that were a design failure of the builder allowing roof runoff to run over painted wood. I appreciate their hard work!
