This was a complex roofing job, and they completed it without a hitch. Their supervisor and safety manager were on site at all times, providing information, which made it easy to discuss the job and get answers promptly. I highly recommend their services.

Interstate Roofing did a stellar job in replacing an aging roof on a sweet little house and garage in n.e. Portland. Their bid was very competitive with the others I got, but their customer service and quality of workmanship and materials really made them stand out. From first contact to scheduling to installation to final clean up, everyone was extremely efficient and considerate to work with. Each individual employee worked hard to keep everyone informed about schedules and daily processes, and the installation team really knocked the job out of the ballpark. They are a well-oiled machine that knows their business!

When it was time to schedule the repairs, Interstate coordinated seamlessly with our contractor to quickly install new shingles over the reconstructed area. Interstate Roofing is the best! I contacted them regarding a shingle issue on my 3 year old roof & they immediately sent someone to look at the issue and assist me with filing a claim. I had purchased the Sure Start 5 Star Plus warranty when I installed the roof. They stood by me throughout the entire process - always professional, responsive & helpful. Used Interstate for a new roof for a commercial building. Found the whole process to be a delight. The fine folks over at Interstate handled all of the scheduling, permitting, and any complications that arisen. They also had no problems working around the tenants and their patrons. Upon completion I received a roof report with manufactures warranty, all necessary paperwork and photos of the project. Would recommend for anyone that needs a large roofing project done.
