Update: I just had my roof replaced and new gutters installed. The process and communication were stellar. Each day, the crew cleaned up, and you wouldn't even know they were there. Excellent cutomer service. We have used Interstate for many years. They have the best customer service around. They are my go-to when it comes to anything roofing related!!

Supervisor Ken is a very professional, and kind guy. I can't find my previous positive review, but here's a new one. I was originally pretty upset about some damage to my plants outside (we live in a complex, so there was miscommunication about what to expect), and Ken spoke with me personally about doing whatever they can to fix the problem, and that's exactly what he did. 10/5 stars for Kens personability and patience, and a solid 5/5 for this company because while they didn't have to do anything to fix this issue, they did anyways. We have used Interstate Roofing many times for roof repairs on both commercial and residential properties. They have always been very responsive and quick to complete a job; and if there's any problem Interstate will come up with a solution that satisfies both parties. Interstate roofing replaced the roof on my home approx. 2 weeks ago. I was impressed by their professionalism, politeness, & attention to detail. Everything/everyone arrived on time as scheduled. Even the cleanup was spotless. I appreciated the frequent visits & updates by the project Superintendent Ken Griffin. Ken even took the time to personally manufacture an unusual width of flashing for above my living room bay window that required a specific angle, cutting, & bending. It undoubtedly took Ken a considerable amount of time to design & install however, it fit perfectly & the window looks great. Out of appreciation for the entire crew'...

I chose Interstate Roofing to help replace the
I chose Interstate Roofing to help replace the roof that was clearly going to need a lot of the decking repaired. Even though their estimate was pretty far off for how much decking was going to need to be replaced (due in part to the skip lap sheeting) they worked with me on options and we ended up reaching an agreeable resolution give the work needed to repair the roof. Ever after the job was completed, they worked to agreeably address issues and concerns we had.

From the initial visit with Chaba, work coordination with Antonio and final wrap up with Jordan, Interstate went the extra 100 miles to get the project completed with our satisfaction being their #1 priority. And, by the way, at a great price! Need a great new roof, give them a call!
