We had a phenomenal experience with this company. Every person we talked to during the entire process, was courteous, kind and extremely helpful! I have to especially give a big shout out to their project coordinator Jordan. I have rarely seen someone as responsive, helpful and professional like her. Their pricing was also very competitive and our roof looks absolutely perfect. Highly recommend them.

We had five different bids for our roof. One roofer didn't come to the house - it was a satellite bid. Others didn't look in our attic to see what our venting and underside of the sheeting looked like. I even asked them if they wanted to look and they said no. Only Interstate did what I thought was a thorough inspection and bid. The bid from Interstate was probably the 2nd lowest bid, but we thought there wouldn't be any surprises since the inspection was so thorough. The entire tear off and reroof was done in one day! Two crews of 9 guys showed up at our house and got 'er done! They did some additional work at no charge and came back...

He explained the process and costs in detail, gave me every possible option, held my hand throughout, anticipated my needs, and reassured me. Good people and good work! I recently bought a house in Portland, and the home inspector had said the roof smart vents were installed incorrectly. After the roof warranty transfer, Jorge, a supervisor with Interstate Roofing, came out to look things over. He patiently showed me paper installation instructions and encouraged me to look at the Owens-Corning website, where I found an instruction video showing to install the vents EXACTLY as they were installed on our house. But that's not all! Jorge noticed a standard vent had been missed when the new roof was installed in 2023. I pointed out a couple scuffed shingles and asked if they could rep...
