When we hesitated on the color of the shingles, it was quite helpful for us to go and look at other homes with the same shingle pattern we desired but different colors. When Dustin initially looked over our roof, he told us that our previous shingles looked defective and may still be under warranty. Interstate sent David out to take a shingle sample to see if it qualified under the warranty. Noticing the defective shingle, taking a sample, and guiding us through the claims process, is something that neither the more expensive bid, nor the less expensive bid offered at all. We are currently still waiting to receive a settlement, but I was impressed that Interstate did that work on our behalf. A few weeks later we were called and told when the day the new shingles would be loaded on the roof, the day the dumpster would arrive, and the three days that Joe and the work crew would be here to redo our 30 square roof (it actually took them only two and half days to complete our project). We are very happy with our new roof, and our final bill contained no surprises and matched the initial bid. No, Interstate was not the cheapest bid, but we got superior service and a high quality product, without paying the additional thousands of dollars of the highest bid. We highly recommend Interstate Roofing.
Great reputation with impressive service
My husband and I are both in Real Estate so we have a lot of contacts when choosing contractors. Interstate has always had a great reputation but we still wanted 5 bids before choosing a roofer as it was an expensive job going from a Shake to Comp roof. Interstate beat everybody's price, showed up when they said they would, cleaned up the mess (probably better than when they arrived due to it being winter) and really just did a great job. Super impressed and would highly recommend Interstate Roofing.
Professional service and follow through
Due to a manufacturing defect in our original roofing materials we found ourselves needing to replace the full roof we had put on about 11 years ago. This was a frustrating and expensive unplanned situation and I truly appreciated the professional service of Interstate to help walk us through the warranty process with the manufacturer as well as estimate the replacement cost. Excellent service from start to finish
Our experience with Interstate Roofing was excellent beginning to end! The bid came in very competitive with a great warranty. Interstate's representative was very professional and patient as we determined colors and styles. Once all that was determined, they scheduled the work and nailed their time frame as promised! The only hiccup was an oil leak from one of the trucks and they immediately took care of it. In the end we love our new roof and gutters and would recommend Interstate to anyone looking for a roof!

Fantastic experience all around
Interstate fully replaced my shingled roof, including removal of old shingles and installation of new boards and shingles. They did a great job, and the experience was fantastic throughout. The employees in the head office were always helpful, the on-site crew were great, the inspector after the job was helpful...A+ all around!

We recently had Interstate Roofing re-roof our house and we're happy to leave a review for this excellent company! We watched them roofing a neighbor's house and were impressed and we looked into having them do our roof. The price was good, and they were able to get the job done in a short window of good weather--even working on the weekends and long days to fit it in.
