From the start they were always in constant communication with me so there was never any guessing. Their employees were always so respectful and kind. The quality control and clean up is incredible ! My wife and I had an tremendous experience with Interstate Roofing and we would highly recommend using them for any... roofing needs. After purchasing in Salem. Sean came out and provided a very competitive bid with an honest expectation on timeline. Then during the 2021 winter ice storm we our home and Interstate happily worked with every one of them. When it was time for the work to be done there crew was timely and worked very hard even in the very hot weather the work week had. Even more they cleaned up fantastically every day. The job supervisor, Joe, was here during the whole process and was great in taking time to talk through all of our questions and ensured that each of our requests were seen through. Additionally, he took time to help repair damage from the winter storm as it was in areas we could not access on our own. With the job completed, Interstate removed all derbies from the job site, the only thing left was our beautiful roof. The final invoice reflected the estimates provided. The work was honest, upfront and of excellent quality. We would absolutely use them again and recommend Interstate to all seeking services. -Patrickread more

The Interstate team did a great job and stayed within the quoted price (some additional costs were incurred though due... to some unknown rot in the carport). Once the roofing material supplier was able to get the material, Interstate Roofing was ready to get us on the calendar right away. The roof looks great. They also found out that the skylight had previously been installed wrong, which other roofer quotes did not notice. They did a great job of cleanup at the end and sent out the inspector at the end to make sure everything looked good and that it was completed correctly. Roof looks great and I am excited to not have to worry for a long time.read more

Interstate had done a great job on some previous repair work for us, and their bid for the current roof, gutter and... skylight replacement was competitive with other bids we received, so we hired them, and are happy that we did! Mike checked in regularly with us regarding progress and timing, and the roofers worked hard, were efficient, and did a decent job of cleaning up the site. Very impressed. Knowing we had a minor repair I called a few places and was told we had a 4-5 week wait just for a bid.... I ended up calling Interstate and they told us they could come out and take care of the repair within a couple days. They arrived, immediately assessed the issue and got on with fixing. Job done within an hour and pretty much bang on what I expected to pay, even a bit less. Much appreciated Interstate! Highly recommended!read more

Extremely happy with Interstate Roofing. Got three bids to replace out 20 year old roof. They had the best package and... communication. Originally thought we were 6-8 weeks out, but got on the schedule much earlier. They started the job a day late because that specific crew was still cleaning up their prior job. However, Ken the foreman called us twice on Thursday to keep us in the loop. The crew was polite, worked hard and did a great job protecting the house and cleaning up the yard. Ken did an excellent job with communication as did Lance our sales rep. After the County advised I needed an additional vent, Interstate was out the very next day to install. Highly recommend Interstate Roofing.read more

The new... roof looks great and the guys who installed the gutters did a great job of relocating the downspouts that resolved some water issues on the ground. We hired interstate roofing after receiving several quotes. Chaba the estimator explained the options and provided us... with samples so we could see the color and texture of the roofing material which was very helpful since we don’t know one brand from the next.The roofers came promptly, worked a very long day and made sure and cleaned up. And I mean cleaned up, picked everything up and even blew the deck of any debris even though they had to come back the next day to finish up. We are very happy from start to finish. They were very clear about when things would be dropped off prior to the job and even those guys were polite and on time. All around great experienceread more

These guys are pros! From the first meeting with the sales rep to the final cleanup they knew what they were... doing.Interstate put a roof and gutters on my 1600 square foot rambler. They also replaced some plywood and rotting rafter tails. The roof only took two days in showery February weather. The gutters were installed a few days later and took a half day.This company is organized and well run and the price was very competitive. I would not hesitate to use them again.read more

We got roof, skylight and gutter replacement bids from three companies and chose Interstate based on the thoroughness... of their quote, the balance of cost to the scope of work, responsiveness and previous reviews. There was an issue with the gutter installation that they were happy to send out a supervisor to address. It's been a busy and challenging time for contractors and, despite that, they were still interested in good customer service. Our experience with Interstate was fantastic from start to finish. Ronnie, our sales rep, made sound recommendations... based on his inspection and made our options very clear during our sit-down. The estimate for our job was competitive with our other bids, and we chose Interstate based on their professionalism, enthusiasm and numerous recommendations. The start date was slightly later than anticipated due to the wet November/December weather but the crew found a window to complete the job. Everything - from demolition to construction to cleanup - was performed and completed beyond our expectations. Mike Walshe and every member of the crew that worked on our roof was safety-minded, professional and very amiable every step of the way. The finished product is outstanding. Our flat-roofed garage leaked for 10+ years. Thanks to Mike and his crew's construction of a new house/garage transition slope and top notch shingle work we now have a dry garage and a roof that drains properly. I would not hesitate to recommend Interstate to anyone looking for quality, professional work done with a great home-town feel.read more

Interstate was highly recommended by friends so I checked them out. They were among the most thorough during the... estimating process, going up on the roof to actually look and asking about special conditions like wind factors where I live.The work was done in the fall and I understood where I was in the queue and that we needed a good span of weather to cooperate.The project was done much faster than I thought possible and clean up was thorough.I feel very good about my new roof and it looks great. I am singin’ in the rain without worry once again.The one adjustment I would make is dropping the “decide in one week” discount. This is a big investment in my house and I had to take my time making the right choice. Missing that discount is the only unpleasant remnant of the process. Interstate Roofing is the best in town. They explain all your options and give you price tiers that work for you. We... built a new detached garage with a breezeway connected to our main house. This is a 2 phase project and we will be re-roofing the entire main house later, but working with Interstate they were able to get us through phase 1 without it looking like a patch job. We used Interstate Roofing to replace the roof on our house. They did a fantastic job! During their initial site visit... they actually went up on the roof. It was easy to pick the style and color we wanted with their informative brochures. There was some back-and-forth regarding when our job was going to be scheduled since there was a shingle shortage due to the pandemic. They were responsive to our emails and kept us informed whenever the schedule changed. Once the job started, their crew worked tirelessly into the night even through the week of wildfire smoke. The site supervisors are very friendly and kept us informed on the job status. The yard was very messy while they worked on the roof, but they did a great job cleaning up at the end of the week. After the job finished, the supervisor came several times to check that everything was done correctly and did some finishing touches himself. I was impressed by their quality work and professionalism. The job was completed on time and on budget. We highly recommend Interstate for roof installations.read more

They cleaned up around the perimeter of our house every day after work, and when the job was completed, the installation manager Antonio, came back and did a comprehensive clean up and inspection. Their pricing was competitive with the two other proposals I received, and they demonstrated superior knowledge of the roofing project when I asked questions. I dreaded having to talk to a salesperson about a new roof but from the first phone call to schedule, to the visit from... Dustin from sales and the installation of the roof it was a seamless process. Ken, the project manager checked on the progress both days and kept me informed of any delays (rain) and the estimated time the project would be finished. We have used other roofing companies in the past,... however Interstate surpassed all of them from our interactions from start to finish. Their estimate was well detailed, the workers were here on time each day and communicated with me about their progress, they kept me informed on what needed repair versus just clean. The best part is I left on day one, looking outside and seeing all the debris all over our yard and I was concerned, however upon returning home they did such an amazing cleanup job it was like they weren’t ever here. Two years ago they re-roofed my house and that experience was so good,... there was no question about what company I would call to have our shop building re-roofed. They are excellent! While price is always a consideration, honesty and quality of work are most important to me. The salesman who came out to do the assessment and estimate was very thorough, inspecting the roof from both the inside attic space and the outside. He was patient in answering my questions (and I had a lot of questions!) I liked what I read about the quality of the products they used, and I thought their proposal was a good value for the price. From estimate to completion, I had nothing but positive experiences with Interstate. They were punctual and... communicative and I was always able to get someone on the phone for any questions. After the job was completed (total tear-off, replacement and structural repairs) a supervisor team came over to inspect the work as well as do an additional debris sweep of my entire property before the final invoice was issued.
